Project Description: AI Solutions Roadshow Flyer for NVIDIA, Vertiv, and Liebert Maryland

For this project, we were tasked by our client to design a visually engaging flyer for the 2024 AI Solutions Roadshow, a prominent event hosted by NVIDIA, Vertiv, and Liebert Maryland. The event aims to provide insights into the transformative impact of AI on IT and high-performance computing infrastructure.

Design Approach:

• Vibrant Header Image: We used a dynamic cityscape of Baltimore, where the event will take place, to immediately establish a sense of place and connect with local attendees.
• Brand Integration: The flyer prominently features the logos of NVIDIA, Vertiv, and Liebert Maryland to reinforce brand presence and partnership.
• Clear Structure: The flyer is designed with an intuitive layout, dividing content into two main sections – an inviting introduction and a detailed agenda. This structure ensures viewers can easily find event details and follow the schedule.
• Color and Typography: Bold, modern typography and an orange accent color were chosen to align with the event’s innovative theme and to draw attention to key details such as the event date, time, and registration button.
• Call to Action: A prominent “Register Now” button encourages action, while the website link and contact information at the bottom provide easy access to further details.

This flyer successfully balances aesthetics with functionality, ensuring that key information is both visually appealing and easily accessible. By aligning with the client’s brand and event goals, this design effectively communicates the value and excitement of the AI Solutions Roadshow.
